When we come to know something that is so automatic that we don’t even need to think about it. We do not have to consult our beliefs, theories, or memories.
When we learn our first language we simply speak it. We don’t spend any time recalling vocabulary, declining nouns, or conjugating verbs. When we learn a skill like balancing on a bicycle. There is nothing to remember. A skilled surgeon, plumber, or teacher does not ‘remember’ anything. It is part of who they are. Instead of using the skill, the skill uses them so-to-speak.
That is what the Being A Leader Course An Ontological and Phenomenological Approach accomplished in the area of Leading and Leadership. They become part of who you are and there is nothing to remember.
How is that done? See the entries on contextual framework. And mastering the foundational elements. You are on your way. Or just do one of the courses here.
