The Being A Leader Course An Ontological / Phenomenological Approach has evaluations of many courses which are reported at the end of the course materials in the reference below.
I have administered to my classes over the past 5 years General Contentment and Index of Self Esteem scales created by Walter Hudson Ph. D. in his The Clinical Index Measurement Package.
Initial results of the surveys before and after the Being A Leader Course showed over 60% decrease in what a clinical social worker (therapist) would term ‘depressed’ and ‘low self esteem’ from pre-course levels to levels considered typically not deserving intervention. Using rigorous statistical analyses my group sampling of 70 is too small for the diverse population. The population itself was also too diverse consisting of educators, professional therapists, and students, therefore not statistically sufficient to represent any particular group.
The results will be shown on this site at a later date.
