Only when you discover something for yourself does it become part of who you are. That is to say your natural self-expression.
Examples are balance when we learned how to ride a bicycle. “Balance” becomes part of who you are and is your natural self-expression.
The language you speak is naturally part of who you are.
Mother, Father, student, or whatever discipline, work or job that is transparent to you. It ‘uses you’ so to speak and you are no longer aware of it. That is Mastery.
What does that have to do with the Being A Leader Course?
The promise of the course: Being a leader and effective exercise of leadership becomes part of who you are. Part of your natural self-expression. So it is available to you just like balance is when you ride a bike. Or speaking when you speak your native language. Or the being and practice of Mother, Father, student. It is part of you. There is nothing to remember. It is transparent to you. It is automatic.
That is what we are promising. You will have Mastery. Being a Leader and the effective exercise of leadership becomes part of who you are. That is to say is is part of your natural self-expression.
The question now becomes: How do you do that? We will be distinguishing a-context-that-uses-you. Click on context to discover how a context operates.
