We’re going to hear what Chris Xu, a graduate of The Being a Leader Course an Ontological and Phenomenological approach (below), in 2023 at UCLA. This is what he has to say about authentic listening. Who Chris Xu is being Cause-in-the-Matter. He is definitely not the victim of the his father, boss or co-worker. He could easily complain about the way they are, but instead takes responsibility for all of it. He shares about listening to them Authentically The key to being a leader in situations where one is not in a position to authority. He is leading from Listening in a particular way. Being a Leader does not have to look any particular way as Chris is demonstrating. In the process Chris becomes highly charismatic. Anyone can do this. It is typically a 40 hour course (3-4 credits typically.) Ask your university to host a course or it is all here:
