Any Way of Being and Acting is available to us.
Human beings have the capacity, that is to say who we are is capable of any way of being and any way of acting.
Who we are being at any moment is some combination of our emotions, attitude, body sensations, and thoughts including memories.
In short our way-of-being is what is going on with us internally.
Which can change at any moment.
Our actions are consistent with our way-of-being. If we are being angry we act like and angry person. Or if we are loving we act like a loving person.
We can impact our way-of-being through a context we create that alters how the future occurs for us.
